I have over 10 years consultancy experience working ‘hands on’ with teams, individuals and corporations to improve what they do and how they do it. Complimented with an extensive operational management background in the construction, infrastructure, transport, utilities and energy sectors. I specialise in taking a holistic yet practical approach to engaging teams, collaborative working, problem solving and business improvement.
My skills include implementing ‘LEAN’ tools to focus on tangible business improvements through to ‘Customer Experience’ techniques to focus on the physical and emotional experiences that you and your customers would recommend.
My early career began with a trade apprenticeship before moving into Operational Project Management, qualifying as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB). My passion towards delivering a high quality product, developing high performing teams and a real pride in delighting my customers, naturally led me to a successful corporate role in Business Improvement and Customer Experience Management.
I enjoy living in the New Forest, often out and about on my road bike or crossing the forest trails on my mountain bike.
I’m married with two young children. Camping is now the family holiday of choice, getting back to nature and appreciating the simple things in life.
